As a retired neonatal nurse, Tricia Chinners has spent her life caring for others with compassion and dedication. Beyond her professional endeavors, Tricia is a loving wife, devoted mother, and a cherished Honey/Minnie to 7 beautiful grandchildren.

Tricia's vision for Salt and Light is inspired by her grandchildren, who are the very heartbeat of this school. She dreams of creating a nurturing environment where children can flourish spiritually, intellectually, and emotionally. Her goal is to equip them with the tools they need to become confident, purposeful individuals.
